Tomorrow is Mexican Independence Day, so this lunchtime Effy selected the finest ingredients and made us tacos aplenty. It's like there's a fiesta in my mouth!

- Salsa tortillas
- Refried beans
- Grated cheese
Throw the whole shebang into a tortilla, bung in the microwave for a few minutes, and then consume. Scrum-diddly-umptious.
