Luckily, nobody was injured in the tower of cups event. The tower merely leaned over, perhaps further than 45 degrees. Had the lower cups been exposed to the atmosphere, I'm sure the office would have been subjected to some incredibly harmful bacteria. It's best not to think about it.
As this plastic pile was dangerously close to falling on me (or Paul), I took the opportunity to add some much needed support. As you can see from the image, the useless round-headed pin, which previously supported the structure, has been replaced by a far more robust drawing pin. Hopefully, that will do the trick. I've been thinking about creating two towers and letting them join as an arc in the middle of my desk.
After playing construction engineer, I used the rest of lunch to try and focus on something outside with my new camera... Half an hour later, thanks to Digikam, I salvaged a picture of my shoe. I know, I need a new pair... and a hair cut... oh, and some talent.
