Searching for "virtualbox osx" on Google yields several links to guides to installing OSX as a guest on VirtualBox with Windows as the host OS. If VirtualBox on Windows and Linux are pretty much the same, then it ought to work.
It is, however, against the terms of Apple's licence for OSX.

Hello,

My Computer has AMD PHENOM II X4 840 Processor X4 and running Ubuntu 11.10 on it.

Have installed VIRTUALBOX that has XP. I wish to install Mac OS, Snow Leopard on the virtualbox.

Will it work?
