use following menu.lst entries to make it work

First : Copy the entire contents of the cd to a folder on your USB flash drive
example : K:\iso\Comodo\

menu.lst:
title Comodo Rescue Disk 1.1.232326.14
kernel /iso/comodo/boot/bzimage
initrd /iso/comodo/boot/rootfs.gz

^^THIS^^

Reply from COmodo Fourm to a possible solution to my problem.
Can you advise me on how to edit menu.lst:

As a wild guess, since I've never used Comodo, try adding noapic to the boot options. Ah, I've just had a look at the disc and they have disabled editing the boot options in isolinux so it looks like you're stuck.

I wouldn't put that much trust in a security product that can't even spell its own name correctly on the boot menu - "COMODO Resuce Disk"
