                                      The problem is with the rpm itself, try to install it (as root) from the command line and see what happens e.g.&lt;br /&gt;

                                      Have you tried opening the package manager?&lt;br /&gt;
that might give you the option to agree the terms of the yast license.</description>

                                      Yes it is OpenSuse 12.1.&lt;br /&gt;
Nothing happens it just sits there. There is nothing to click on, nothing to go to the next step. There is a box in the middle of the screen with a blue block running back and forth and nothing else.</description>

                                      I take it that this is in OpenSuse?  Version?&lt;br /&gt;

And what happens then?  Are you required to tick a box (in which case, what are you being asked to agree?), or do you have to type in the words of GPL 3 (or some other) yourself, or does it just freeze at that point?</description>

                                      When I download a .rpm and click on it to install it Yast pauses with a message, Licence Agreement Required.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I can install using zypper but I would prefer to use Yast&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Please help</description>
