I did not know that there might be delays due to the flooding.
Now all that remains is to get someone from LXF to respond before I kick it upstairs.

Seen as you got #164 late October you should have received the Xmas issue late Nov early Dec. You may have been affected by the flooding in Nov / Dec which Future mailed out on 28/11/12.
This may have pushed overseas deliveries into the Christmas period hence delaying further.
