You're right.
I emailed myfavouritemagazines, got a response a few days later.

I then requested a replacement issue (it arrived about 1.5 weeks later)
and overall I'm a very happy bunny.

Take it easy.

They were very friendly and helpful when I didn't receive the last issue before I renewed by subscription, and I wasn't billed for the replacement. I just called them. If your subscription period hasn't been renewed yet, you should be able to request a replacement online as well.

Hi there.

I never received my copy of LXF issue #166.
(I seem to remember there was some problems with the floods and bad weather at the time).

If I chose to replace this issue via the myfavouritemagazines website
Does anyone know if will be a free of charge replacement ?
