Texstar had KDE3.5.2 in PCLinuxOS unstable before its official release, and moved the builds to the public servers on the day of the release.

KDE3.5.2 seems to have cured a bug in PCLOS re KDE Screensavers. The KDE Dictionary panel applet deals with narrow panels better, it seems a bit snappier. No complaints at all from me!

A repository is a location, usually on an ftp server, but it could be http, where software packages are stored along with files that enable you to integrate the repository as a software resource for downloading and installation, with automatic resolution of dependencies (where possible).

How do you do that? Would probably be your next question. This has been dealt with quite a number of times before on these forums and you could do a search, or just look here.

I have it installed now, seems one fine, even one new feature, or at least one I have not seen before.

I've noticed another bug/feature with this. When viewing a directory of images in icon view via a system:/ URI, no image previews are shown. Delete the system: part and Konqueror starts showing previews.

There does still seem to be a tendency for the filemanager view to revert to icons, but only on removable devices using a system:/ URI. Remove the system: part and it holds it's mode. This would appear to be a kioslave bug rather than a fault of Konqueror, and certainly removes a lot less than 50% of its usability

The next bug fix release is out, announcement is here.

I see that the main SuSE ftp site has new packages already, I assume that the mirrors will be synced by tomorrow, with minor package updates over the next few weeks (judging by past experience).
