Hey I like the podcasts and don't find them biased ( except towards Pink Ponies, naturally !)

Evidence of the Ubuntu bias can be found on the second page of the instructions for Opensuse off the cover DVD.
"When you first log in to Ubuntu......... "

Evidently there is no Ubuntu bias, the magazine staff have just realised that Linux and Ubuntu are synonyms.

Actually, isn't Graham a little too anti-MythTV?
Maybe it's because he uses KDE.
(My Mythbuntu installation runs fine, and has done for yonks).
Any other prejudices to be exposed?

Is Paul a python lover, does Mike secretly imbibe BSD?

And maybe the mag is too biased towards Xservers, (apart from Andy)

I've heard lots of comments about using QT in the podcasts, so not lots of Gnome at all. And I also heard several references to Fedora.

No worries. Remember that while the mag is 'serious' journalism, the podcast is meant to be fun and a lot of it is tongue-in-cheek, so don't take us too seriously Here in the office, our desktop choices are:

* Paul - Gnome
* Graham - KDE
* Mike - Xfce
* Andrew - Sometimes Xfce, sometimes Gnome (when his X server actually works)

So we're a real mixed bunch. We often mention Ubuntu, yes, because it is the world's most popular distro and what happens in the Ubuntu community often has consequences for the wider Linux world.
