Air it on a London radio station Simple, doesn't cost the world and reaches many locals. Effective too, as it may not reach your prospective employee directly, but certainly someone who knows that person

Hi there,
I am looking to employ a Junior PHP programmer / web developer who can also build good validated HTML and CSS - and more. (Be good with customers and things like that).
Can you people recommend where I should post my ad? I have already started to post on various sites (gumtree, some colleges) but with little success.
