Yes, it is the temporary store location. There is even a directory called "Temporary Internet Files" with another directory inside "Content.IE5". Now that's backward compatibility

It shouldn't trigger UAC by the look of the various files written there.

I disabled the UAC completely. Annoying thing. If I get virused or hacked, I'll just reinstall. I don't keep anything compromising where windows can get at it!

Does this folder/drawer/directory exist in a 64 bit Windows 7 install?
