I recently acquired a multimedia keyboard and have beed looking into getting it working. I found a project called Lineak (Linux support for Easy Access and Internet Keyboards) http://lineak.sourceforge.net/ But, myself, I haven't managed to get it set up properly yet.

Hope this helps,

Hey everyone,

I just got one the Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combos, which is actually pretty good. Works flawlessly out of the box (including the scroll wheels on both the keyboard and mouse).

However, I'd like to be able to program the dozen or so special function keys under Linux. I seem to remember seeing an article about this in LF a while ago, but can't find it amongst my collection.

Can anyone give me some pointers on how to go about setting up 'special function' keys under Linux?

For the record I'm using CentOS 4 with no major enhancements or updates, apart from the ATI drivers.

Thanks,
