                                      Have you tried the kconverter?  look on KDE-apps.org&lt;br /&gt;
  Should convert to mpeg-1 for you.  Once in mpeg-1 K3B can burn it to a VCD easily enough.</description>

                                      QT may be a problem, but tovid will knock out a video CD of anything which (your version of) MPlayer will play (which can includes wmv). It's also very easy to use. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Anyone know if there's any libraries available to enable MPlayer to play QT?</description>

                                      Does any one know of a good program that will allow me to take a QuickTime movie or a Windows Media Video and convert it into a Video CD.&lt;br /&gt;
