                                      I'm after recommendations for a linux friendly video capture card or USB adapter to work with a standard composite video signal as provided by a CCTV camera.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Also any advice of software to enable time lapse recording, ideally only when movement is detected in the picture and a means of presenting the image within a web page.&lt;br /&gt;
