How do I start interfacing with the Domain Controller, which is a different server to the IIS machine? also I have started with asp for this project so I'd better cary on in the same fashion.

Why not php? it will work with AD and IIS.

hey MoPHP any info you could give me on programming asp web pages with that nasty Active Directory and IIS would be of great help. Am looking to design management interfaces linked with a nifty network registration database.

I mainly use PHP for CLI scripting and for server backends. I also write mods for various software such as mambo-phpshop, x-cart and whatever I'm hired to mod really

I enjoy coding in PHP, and it's also my primary language. I don't get much chance to use it at work though (in a school) as we have crapp Active Directory with IIS which I use ASP with (Wake-on-LAN script, dynamic Intranet, user password management).

I'd be happy to help contribute to the CMS in my spare time if you plan for it to be a collaborative effort.

EDIT: Forgot, I made a very small & simple script called MyBusinessCard earlier this year And a calendar that I have no use for any more.
