running SUSE 10 I have full mouse support, but not all the keys work. 'Back' 'Enter' 'Tab' 'Z' and 'A' don't work. I will post again if there are any developments (since this is google#1 for BTC 9116URF Linux)

I had the same problem as you. My BTC 9116URF USB also didn't work, and when I finally got it to work the mouse buttons didn't work. I've recently upgrade my Debian installation to the 2.6.11 kernel (through apt-get from unstable) and found out that everything works perfect now. Since you're using Ubuntu, you may want to try the same thing and see if it works for you too.

The keyboard is recognised under windows but not by ubuntu or promepis?
Still trying, will soldier on.

If the wireless keyboard transmits to an external unit which then plugs into the normal keyboard, mouse or usb socket, the fact that it's wireless would make no difference to the computer.

                                      Hi all,
I use an old BTC 5113 PS2 wireless keyboard which works fine with my dual boot Ubuntu/Mepis setup. I have been trying to configure a new BTC 9116URF USB wireless keyboard, without success. Any ideas would be welcome. Have emailed BTC support and await reply.
Thanks
