                                      I love the fact that most ISPs give out USB modems which won't work with Vista(clearly a rip off)</description>

                                      According to the BBC news site, it seems as if Vista is causing some people a bit of a headache because their broadband installation discs won't work with the new o.s.  Poor things!  I expect they are completely lost without a CD to do it for them.   &lt;img src=&quot;images/smiles/icon_lol.gif&quot; alt=&quot;Laughing&quot; border=&quot;0&quot; /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;

I also fear for those who try the 16 steps laid out on the BT Vista help page to download new Vista-compatible Norton Internet Security software.  &quot;Copy the coupon code&quot;  &quot;Follow the on-screen instructions.&quot;    Sounds like the usual Norton recipe for disaster !!</description>
