Mine was mullered by the Royal [sic] Mail. Who do we complain to? Do we let LXF know, if so who, so they can give the RM grief or who do we contact on the RM?

As an aside, can the DVDs be fixed longways up the magazine to stop those wonderful posties twisting the mag to force it through a bog standard letter box?

Judging by the October LXF which came through my letterbox this morning, Linux Format is definitely not ready for the desktop.
