That depends on whether you view the definition of topic in the forum title as global or local. If it is global and refers to the overall topic of all the forums, the Linux is off topic for Off Topic, thus demonstrating that is it possible to be off topic in Off Topic. However, if the topic is considered a local definition, then it relates to the topic of the individual forum, and thus returns an "UNDEFINED VARIABLE: Topic" error and any reference to the topic of the forum is meaningless, much like its contents - not to mention the forum member that inspired its creation

Precisely. If it's on topic it's off topic in Off Topic and if it's off, it belongs in Off Topic, because that's where anything that's off topic is on topic, unless it isn't, or is. Simple really.

It is possible to be off topic in the Other OS forum, but not in the Off Topic forum.
