Speaking as an ex-postie, if you can make a persistent nuisance of yourself at the local delivery office, eventually they'll put a notice up on the sorting frame for your walk warning whoever is delivering not to bend stuff for delivery to your address. If you complain at the delivery office manager enough, eventually the path of least effort for him is to stop his staff trashing your post.

It's not that Future are liable, it is that they are the Royal Mail's customer. They paid for it to be delivered properly, so they are the only ones who can complain when it isn't.

Okay nelz, thank you. It is annoying because it is obvious they've bent it to get it through the letterbox. Don't see why Future should be liable.
I know the Royal Mail won't help. As far as they are concerned, their contract is with the sender. I'd contact the subscriptions department.

Who do we need to inform that the Mail have royally bugg£r£d my copy of LXF again? Do we tell LXF, if so who? Or is it the Mail, if so who?
Thanks for any advice.
