I see the Anti-Apple fightback continues. After Google bought up Motorola Mobility, allegedly for the bundled patents, it now looks like Samsung are looking to buy WebOS from HP, allegedly for the bundle of Palm originated patents that will come bundled with it.
If Samsung do get their mits on a bunch of Palm patents, Apple are likely to have to forget its anti-Samsung belligerency lest Samsung start asking for injunctions against iPads and iPhones for "slavishly" copying Palm Pilots.
