Which I didn't do tonight.
Having got home and sat down at my computer, I thought I'd check for updates, although apt-get update didn't take too long to run, there were some 10 packages to be upgraded (43.3MB). Okay, answered Y to apt-get upgrade, and it's still downloading 20 minutes later. It's like flippin' dial-up.
Do you see what I did there? I forgot that today is an Ubuntu release day. Bu99er!

Was talking with a chum yesterday and after updating to the latest Ubuntu he installed Fedora over it. Seems he had a falling out with Unity.

A lot of people seem to be having a fall out with 11.10. Is it just unity causing it? I know I fell out of love with Kubuntu with 11.10, but since I think I'm the only person who was using it... Laughing

And it's also why my netbook hasn't been "upgraded".

I like Unity, and it seems to be maturing nicely.
