Hi Appleheads...
I was finally able to "purloin" my daughters Macbook Pro yesterday
to take a look at the /dev drawer.
/dev/audio and /dev/dsp do not exist in/on that OS...
Q: Is it possible to install "oss-compat" to Apple gear?
Q: If not then what is/are the audio devices used on the MacOS?
TIA

Hi Bazza,
Still thinking outside the square ... lol Apple doesn't like that, you know
Apple now use "Core Audio" so you should find this useful as a staring point. |
