"Anatomy of a geek desktop"... To me this is my first port of call when it
comes through the door and the book section now takes second place...
Chris Boby, if you are reading this then your "epically slow printer" is
infinitely faster than mine... ;oO
It is a 1984 Brother M1109 originally connected serially to my Sinclair QL
but now permanently parallel connected to my A1200. ;oO
This machine has a new dimension on the word SSLLOOWW... ;oD _________________ 73...

Yay it's my desktop!
Bazza - your printer is still working though. I bet when mine gets as old as yours it will be dead. And if I get one of these newfangled ones it will die even quicker. So therefore the slower the printing speed, the longer its life _________________ For certain you have to be lost to find the places that can't be found. Elseways, everyone would know where it was |
