My daughter wants to connect her Nokia 6101 to her SUSE 9.3 box.
She has seen a USB/IRda adaptor to transfer pictures. I'm guessing that the function of the adaptor would be pretty transparent to the PC - hopefully the adaptor looks after the IR part of things, so the PC will just see the 'phone attached to the USB port.
I understand that gnokii works with most Nokia phones, but the 6101 is not specifically mentioned in the FAQ. Just about every other 61xx model is, so I guess it will probably be okay, but does anyone know for sure?
Do all the 61xx modesl use the same protocols? |
