Just read the first edition of the MagPi magazine linked above (good title!).
Shame! They show the JAVA logo above the JAVASCRIPT programming section. Don't they know the difference? |

I've just received a despatch confirmation with a link to the Royal Mail tracking page. But Chromium and Firefox fail to load it, so I'll still expect to get it when I get it _________________ Unix is user-friendly. It's just very selective about who it's friends are. |

Mine arrived a couple of hours ago. You can run whatever distro you like on it, mine is currently using Debian but I have an Arch image too.
I also plan to try Gentoo on it. _________________ Unix is user-friendly. It's just very selective about who it's friends are. |

| A member who received his last week turned up at BradLUG and demonstrated it running various programs yesterday evening. If you hadn't seen the physical device, you would have thought a slightly older computer was driving the projector - partly because the venue has no HDMI and we had to use composite video and partly because of the delay in loading programs. |

Had an E-mail from Farnell today "Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances causing a delay in the Supply Chain, we can't send your order just yet, but it will be dispatched the week commencing 02/07/2012".
Me thinks its game of wait and see, if or when. _________________ Jimmers |

| Got mine over a week ago and finally got to play with it this weekend. SD card all loaded up as per LXF159. Want a case for it and a wireless keyboard and mouse. There is a little wireless qwerty keyboard with touchpad on ebay for £13.39 from Hong Kong I might try. |
