Find out what your monitor specs are and from the K menu select System-Configuration-Sax2. Enter root password and click "Monitor" and check its correct and click "Finish", Then click "Colour and Resolution" and click "Properties" then "Resolutions" and check the maximum resolution you want to use and any others(and your monitor can handle) are Ticked.
Then click "Finalize" then you must "Test" it, use on screen arrows to size and position screen then save it. If its not right use Ctrl-Alt-Backspace to abort. |
