Interestingly, there is a Windoze version. I will have to see if that works in Win98 another free prog that can smooth the transition to Open Source.

According to the Scribus site, it will not run in Win98, shame that, I think the "Properties" dialogue has overtaken the Serif "ChangeBar" and is much easier to use.
1.3.2 is now in Stable at PCLinuxOS. I had a problem printing with 1.3.1, especially in Photo mode. I had to export to PDF then print with KPDF. This seems to have been fixed.
The fine work at Scribus goes on, and judging by their mailing list, is really taking off.
