| I have a friend who is running WinME which has subsequently become so badly infected with viruses/spyware that it won't boot properly. Can anyone recommend a bootable linux distro that includes a virus scanner that could remove enough of the viruses to get it going again? |

Most Norton Antivirus CDs are bootable for just this sort of problem... _________________ Hope this helps,

| You need the "Ultimate Boot CD" which has AntiVir installed along with Ad-Aware etc ... is a windows implementation, you build it from an original Win install disk using BartsPE |
