Three user manuals have been put together from the PCLinuxOS Wiki, and the project has been published on the net by LexNL (Alex Belgraver) and Teacher (Julia Ray). Both pdf and odt formats are available. Here is the link:

Some parts are not PCLinuxOS specific but relate to particular software, so may be more generally helpful, but mostly it's about PCLOS.
