Hi all,
I have a laptop with Xandros Linux 3.0 Service Pack 2 (makes it sound like another [Redmond?] OS with that title!) Anyway, everything is configured fine (after a little tweaking - thanks Google!). Apart from the battery.
It is an Acer Aspire 3.0, and it recognises that there is a battery, but not what type - it just shows up as "battery - no battery" in the KDE system tray. Xandros technical support have been about as helpful as a paving slab in our requests to them, so I am appealing to the great minds here to help me - please, if only for my sanity!
I will post any further details needed.
Thanks in advance.
