I am looking for a recommendation on an inexpensive mouse pen to use with the GIMP and Inkscape. I have found several brands online and it appears WACOM has the most support. I do not want to spend a lot of money (I understand "you get what you pay for") but I am a beginner.
Can someone recommend a model under $50? |

The larger the surface area the better, as you will be able to have more control over your pen. _________________ OpenSUSE 10.2, WinXPHome

For under $50 you'd be best off looking for a second hand one. It's true that Wacom are the best supported and I have an old Graphire serial tablet working on this computer. But even second hand you'll be lucky to get much for that little money. _________________ Bye, Rhakios |

I got a WACOM Graphire 4x5 at CompUSA for $99 with a $30 rebate. It works very well with Linux (Inkscape, GIMP) and very much worth the money but being new I didnt want to spend too much.
Thanks for the suggestions.
