Same here. My avatar is uncomfortably close to a self-portrait (Though I do not have Simpson-coloured skin).
I can no longer use an old-fashioned vacuum tube display. The flicker gives me migraines. Without LCDs I would be unable to work.
Problems with a stiff neck are more common than RSI - I always end up craning towards the screen, no matter how I try to pull back. Small fonts are evil.
