In issue 33 Kylix was given away free on a cover disk, number 33A.
Last night I installed it but on lauching it is asking to be registered. There is a link on the CDRom to register but the borland page now is not relievent as Kylix has been discontinued.
Does anyone have the mag to hand ( mine's in the loft somewhere ) does it have the seriel number for the registration as it's not on the disk.
Just want to see if I can port a couple of my old Delphi programs. |

AFAIR you needed to register online. _________________ Unix is user-friendly. It's just very selective about who it's friends are. |

the only reference to registering it is the website http://www.borland.com/products/downloads/download_kylix.html but when you go there the message is: | Code: | Kylix Downloads
Thank you for your interest in the Kylix trial. Kylix trial downloads are no longer available. |
