I attempted to renew my subscription to Linux Format via the web. Imagine my surprise when I got a Microsoft database access error in my Firefox web browser.

Luckily, I was at work on an XP box and had the IEBox plugin installed in Firefox. I selected that and completed my renewal.

Bottom line - renewal of Linux Format online requires you to use a Microsoft computer and Internet Exploder!
