Not really. Their documentation is a mess:
http://www.xfree86.org/releases/rel470.html
At the time of writing, that points to the 4.6 README and Release Notes. The CVS commit list is very quiet.
I've been looking around for any commercial UNIX flavours that still use it, but even SCO OpenServer has X.org now!
