| Good, I hope the courts impose penalties similar to what the RIAA demands from music "prates". Cisco CEO and senior executives should be worried about getting the same penalties, 10-years imprisonment, the US likes to hand out to "software pirates". |

It's a civil suite no chance of jail time just lots of denaro  for the lawyers on both sides

Looks like its just Linksys that the FSF are after. Cisco seems to behave OK with its other branded products. I wouldn't be surprised next year to see Linksys execs suddenly wanting to spend more time with their families, with an out-of-court settlement following soon after.
