... and I have glandular fever ... (or something) ... and am just not up to playing out six times a month ... (or more) ... writing music ... doing demos for record labels who want to sign me ... or even simply being awake for very long right now [1] ... I thought I'd drop by and see what's going on - 'Eyeballs In The Sky'-like
So, here's another intelligence test for you
And, no, you have no valid reason for whining about how the answer is a 'cheat' - You just have to face up to the fact that smart people find ways around problems ... and you just aren't smart enough to do so, so sour grapes just make you look like the pathetic sub-human life-form you are
Andy Baxmann should find this one pathetically easy, so I'd appreciate it, if he refrained from answering before I've had the opportunity to say "Nope" at least three or four times first [2]
OK
Without further ado [3], here is the question [4]:
You can bring back one person from the dead - Who is it?
---
[1] Trust me, a combination of Lemsip, brandy, chianti, Valium, sleeping pills and a hot bath will soon see me back in bed and ... hopefully, for the first time in a week or more ... asleep
[2] Thanks, Andy
[3] Oh, alright, there may be a bit of a drumroll, if you like
[4] As usual, this is a seemingly open-ended question that, actualy, has only one answer that doesn't mark the respondent out as a complete and utter retard - So, careful with that axe, Eugine _________________ Oontz <-- Click Here |

I don't think fictional characters qualify
Anyway the answer is no-one, there's a good reason why people die so once they're dead leave em alone. If you'd ever read "The Monkeys Paw" you'd know it's a bad idea to bring the dead back. _________________ I have been touched by his noodly appendage. |

Nope
And nope
(Just two more 'nope's, Andy, and you can put them out of their misery, if you like ) _________________ Oontz <-- Click Here |

The "correct" answer will be yet another disappointing let-down.
Incidentally, the Jesus Christ answer couldn't be correct even if he was real, as he supposedly rose from the dead and was taken alive up to heaven, so he would not actually be dead. _________________ Bye, Rhakios |

Technically Jerry Garcia is an incorrect answer too... the Grateful Dead weren't *officially* called "The Dead" until after his death.
But I thought "what the heck" and gave it a shot anyway _________________ WARNING: You are logged into reality as 'root'... logging in as 'insane' is the only safe option.

What a load of nonsense, if you end up like my grandmother you'll be spending the last 10 years of your life in bed with dementia wearing a nappy and thinking that the war is still on. So when you die you're gonna bring yourself back from the dead for some more of the same?
My father in law spent the last year of his life riddled with cancer and in pain, would you bring yourself back for more of that too?
There's a reason why people die, accept it. _________________ I have been touched by his noodly appendage. |

Well, as the last "retard test" was a total load of poop, with an answer that actually invalidated the question- why bother?
But-the guy I just strangled until his heart stopped, for posing stupid questions, by giving him CPR- only I choose not to _________________ The sig between the asterisks is so cool that only REALLY COOL people can even see it!

Bring one person back from the dead? Well, if that was a crossword clue the answer would be my good friend Daede.
But perhaps logic has no place in this thread. _________________ Cheers,

1) This is the Off Topic forum - What did you expect?
2) The reasoning was perfectly logical, but whatever gave you the idea that logic had to make sense? - I refer you to Edward de Bono's Practical Thinking for the perfect example of how the logic and sense are not necessarily remotely related _________________ Oontz <-- Click Here |

No it wasn't you didn't give any reasoning. I reckon the only reasoning behind your solution is a selfish desire to prolong your own worthless existence.
Maybe I'm wrong, if so explain your logical reasoning. _________________ I have been touched by his noodly appendage. |
