No it wasn't you didn't give any reasoning. I reckon the only reasoning behind your solution is a selfish desire to prolong your own worthless existence. | I'm with Marty on this _________________ still looking for that door into summer |

Logic implies reasoning, logic without reasoning is simple madness, and vice versa.
A puzzle that ignores reality, or is internally inconsistent, is not even a puzzle, and definitely not an "intelligence test"
If anything, it displays the lack of intelligence of the person who poses it, because they have a basic misunderstanding of both logic and reasoning. _________________ The sig between the asterisks is so cool that only REALLY COOL people can even see it!

So therefore an intelligence test of the poster.... _________________ For certain you have to be lost to find the places that can't be found. Elseways, everyone would know where it was |

2) The reasoning was perfectly logical, but whatever gave you the idea that logic had to make sense? - I refer you to Edward de Bono's Practical Thinking for the perfect example of how the logic and sense are not necessarily remotely related |
Well, as long as your self-confessed nonsensical "reasoning" remains private none of us can judge its logic (or otherwise) for ourselves. _________________ Cheers,

Surely the question and therefore the logic is flawed, to "bring back" implies you are alive... wouldn't you "Send back" from the dead, if you were already dead? _________________ WARNING: You are logged into reality as 'root'... logging in as 'insane' is the only safe option.

My resurrection machine ran into a few problems. It brought people back from the dead just fine, but then they died again. What I need to invent now is a panacea machine _________________ Bye, Rhakios |

No, it was the resurrection machine that made them rise (again).

Well, if that was the reasoning behind the riddle, then bringing back one's shadow is wrong anyway - the shadow is attached to the worldly corpse (unless it is levitating), not the place that the dead must be brought back from. _________________ Cheers,

But surely the panacea machine would do that and more - give them a handsome golden tan for example.
Mind you, it'd have to be careful not to make them crusty. _________________ Cheers,
