I hate stuff flashing at me when I'm web browsing, so imagine that such things happen here! I realise that this site has to be monetised in some way but thankfully I have adblock working
Why I should have to resort to the extra mouse clicks is irksome for an lazy old git like me  _________________ still looking for that door into summer |

Uninstalling Flash (or whatever GNU variant you'd bothered with... ) works a treat too

Flashblock gives you the choice.
I find it a useful partner for Noscript and Adblock Plus. _________________ Cheers,
