Hi,

Just to let everyone know that Kiriwrite 0.5.0 is now out (well... when you're doing this in your own time there isn't much willpower for the whole release early release often thing) . :)

In this release, there is now an Output Module system which has it's own API. The functionality which was hard coded into Kiriwrite for compiling pages is now in the Normal.pm file in the Modules/Output directory ( not the Modules/System directory as it says in the CHANGELOG ^^;; ).

Two bugs were also fixed, there was no friendly message to install CGI::Lite if the eval failed when running the install script and pages now compiled if there is no template database.

As usual, Kiriwrite 0.5.0 can be downloaded in several archive formats (bzip2, gzip, ZIP and 7-zip) with checksums in MD5 and SHA-256 for verifying the archive downloads.

The main Kiriwrite website is at http://xestia.co.uk/kiriwrite/ and a mirror (with a lovely BerliOS logo) is at http://kiriwrite.berlios.de/

(And this time I have remembered to put the licence details on the front page this time instead of everyone fishing it out working out what it is)

Cheers,
Kiri
