I`m easy going except in this case my wife and daughter
were getting a little stressed out. So I went into nuclear
fusion mode.

It`s amazing how they tow the line when confonted.
They daren`t risk their job for the sake of a memory card.

The only thing that worries me is that they may try and
re-sell it to another unsuspecting character who may not
be as hard as me about it when they find the same
intermittent fault...

However......

There was this ugly, smelly, little squirt with a rediculously
high voice and a tattoo on his neck, throat side, reading
"cut here".

Quite appropriate I thought, that is, "cut here" and cure
his, (her?), squeaky voice once and for all... ;oD
