You're right, but there's still a fair bit of today still to go

In the past it has been released at 16:00 GMT, so 5.00pm this evening in the UK should see it available. _________________ Ubuntu 10.04 user, and loving it! |

Still saying "Available soon". It's the left-hand side buttons causing the delay if you ask me. |

I had the upgrade button on my 9.10 UNR but it wouldn't work. Couldn't download upgrade detail or some such nonsense.
I'll try again now and leave it running while I goto work.
It's working now. The error last time was couldn't download release notes. Probably just busy servers.
I wonder if when I come back it will still be UNR or I'll have a full blown Gnome interface. We'll see. _________________ Join GiffGaff and get £5 free credit |

Upgrade was fine, just wasn't quite as automatic as I'd have liked. It feels like I have more screen real-estate now for some reason.
Still have the Netbook interface, but when loading windows the usual buttons show up on the left. Have they really moved them to the Mac side? _________________ Join GiffGaff and get £5 free credit |

Yes, indeed. See page 53 of LXF132 for how to relocate them to the right again. Haven't tried that yet but will have to soon. I automatically keep moving my mouse up to the right hand side and get totally confused when I can't find any buttons.
The default desktop background is awful. Who on earth designs these things? |

I found a similar tip on the web and that worked for me, it even allowed me to put a space between the close button and the others, which I rather like (makes it less easy to hit close accidentally). _________________ Bye, Rhakios |
