Hey!
Yes, moderators should have received two copies. When I pasted the written newsletter into the system it gleefully ignored the Unix line breaks and so everything was on one line. I didn't really fancy emailing thousands of people that just in case it was broken, so I sent it to the moderators group first to make sure.
