I have not tried on previous Cover Disks, but on CoverDisk161 if you navigate to the New to Linux? section and then attempt to navigate to any section other than Home, it attempts to find the link in the Help/New_to_Linux folder rather than in the home folder.
eg.
LXFDVD161/Help/New_to_Linux/Rosa/index.html
instead of
LXFDVD161/Rosa/index.html
