I take it that this is in OpenSuse? Version?
And what happens then? Are you required to tick a box (in which case, what are you being asked to agree?), or do you have to type in the words of GPL 3 (or some other) yourself, or does it just freeze at that point? _________________ Unsolved Mysteries of the Universe No 8 :-

Yes it is OpenSuse 12.1.
Nothing happens it just sits there. There is nothing to click on, nothing to go to the next step. There is a box in the middle of the screen with a blue block running back and forth and nothing else. |

Have you tried opening the package manager?
that might give you the option to agree the terms of the yast license. _________________ The sig between the asterisks is so cool that only REALLY COOL people can even see it!

The problem is with the rpm itself, try to install it (as root) from the command line and see what happens e.g.
| Code: | | # yast -i /home/your_user/rest_of_path_etc/somefile.rpm |
