Mandriva has launched an e-magazine in pdf format. You can download a copy from here (pdf, about 2.2MB).
It is created using Scribus, so that's a good thing. Presentation is very much in the fashion of a home-grown newsletter, but at least the content is clear.
You can also tell them what you think on the club forums (registration required IIRC).
