Welcome to the Linux Format help forums. This is the place to post if you are having a problem with Linux in general. There are plenty of knowledgable visitors to the site who can help you out, as long as you remember the basic rules:
Be concise - we don't need to know about Aunty Ethel's dog.
Give enough detail - "it doesn't work" isn't very helpful. How doesn't it work? What error messages do you get? What hardware are you running?
What have you already tried - most people are keen to help with a real problem, but you might at least try and solve it yourself. Please list solutions you have already tried
Use the search facility to get quick help on a program or distro. Also, try the TuxRadar database of Linux problems and solutions - you might find your answer here:
