I'm struggling to find a usb or cardbus tv card that works with linux, appreciate if anyone could recommend one for me

i have a freecom dvb-t usb stick, works flawlessly in ubuntu. I got mine for around £25, great value

Please could you tell me which model you are using as there are different versions.

Unfortunately, they are not different models, but different chipset versions, and there is no information on the unit about it.

I use the Hauppagge Nova-T (digital) card now for 2 yrs in many distros with no problems at all.
