You'll have to ask Marrea about that, I buy my wool pre-knitted. :)

Important announcement

I regret to inform you that with effect from 1.7.06 I have given up knitting. Therefore you will have to direct your enquiries on the subject elsewhere.

I don't Iron clothes.I can, but my spouse is faster and better at it.
She chooses not to drive, so I do most of the shopping.
We share most chores, we both enjoy cooking, she hates woodwork, I loathe mopping...
Plus she works 3 days a week, I work 5 or 6.
We have a comfortable balance, most of the time.
I think that is more important than who does the dishes (we have a dishwasher anyway)

Prove it? Good heavens. Do you think I would lie to you (especially on such an important matter as this)?

You think I'm just trying to throw you off the scent, trying to get you off my back, while all the time I'm really still blissfully and secretly clicking away. Don't you?

As if I would do such a thing! You can trust me - I'm a civil servant.

Yes, I know. It's such a shame, isn't it? And I'd so very nearly finished it too.

Of course not. I may have been thinking it yesterday, but my attention span is far to short to still be thinking it now :)

This is terrible news! I will have to relay it to the polperro knitting circle!
(mind you,as they mainly sit in the hidden garden behind the Blue Peter, smoking weed, it may not stir them overmuch)

jjmac and wyliecoyoteuk

Yes, I know this will have come as a terrible shock but I had to make a decision (hard though it was  ). If I am to make more progress - beyond my so far bumbling attempts - at becoming more proficient with our beloved Linux I have to push all other distractions out of the way.

Sorry to leave you all in the lurch like this (and with Rhakios's cardie unfinished too, but there it is. :D
